Aprikosen zeigen im Frühjahr die ersten Blüten. Zu dieser Zeit herrschen meist noch sehr tiefe Temperaturen, die wir mit der Frostschutzberegnung kaum abwehren können. Aus diesem Grund ernten wir nicht jedes Jahr Aprikosen. Im Schnitt haben wir nur alle 10 Jahre eine nennenswerte Ernte.
Pfirsiche sind robuster und blühen später, sodass wir jedes Jahr leckere Früchte ernten können. Pfirsiche und Aprikosen sind aus eigenem Anbau!
